Partnerships are an integral element of the Regional Strategy in providing a sustainable and effective service.

Regional Partnerships

Foodbank WA is committed to collaboration and partnerships with organisations in regional and remote areas of WA. The benefits of partnerships can include:

  • Reduced duplication of services
  • Cost and time efficient service delivery
  • Reduced burden on communities and organisations
  • Build capacity of local organisations to meet objectives
  • More equitable service delivery

Foodbank WA have a variety of partnerships with state-wide and local organisations. These include formal agreements with government and non-government organisations collaborating in areas such as regional travel, program implementation, resource dissemination, promotion and networking. Through these formal agreements regional organisations have been equipped to deliver Food Sensations® in regional and remote locations, allowing more regional schools and commiunity groups to access the program.

A list of Foodbank WA's partners can be found here.
